The sequences you analyse in KoriBlast can all be retrieved as Fasta files. Multiple alignments can be saved as GCG-MSF, Phylip and Fasta files. Distance trees can be saved using Nexus and Newick file formats.
The graphical views offered by KoriBlast can be printed immediately or saved as PNG and JPEG files. The large majority of illustration applications are able to read images produced by KoriBlast. Data tables can be exported as PDF documents.
The information presented in KoriBlast result tables can be exported to CSV files compatible with spreadsheet applications. This enables you to use KoriBlast data easily to carry out additional analyses or to prepare publications.
Blast results handled by KoriBlast can be exported as text files using an extended tabular form. The report can be created from a single Blast result, as well as from a set of results. Filters can be applied to retain only user-defined data, and pairwise sequence alignments can be added to the report, if needed. This extended export function is available from Search and Analyse Modules. Among others, it is designed for quality control purpose in case you have to save your results within your in-house database system (electronic lab book, for example).
