Can I use keyboard shortcuts ?

During the design of the graphical user interface (GUI) of KoriBlast, we made the choice of avoiding to propose a single menu bar on top of the software frame. We preferred to put the software commands in their context instead of providing the user with a unique, complex menu bar. This is the reason why KoriBlast commands are usually located at the bottom right side of data tables and views.

In addition, the software provides you with contextual popup menus. To show them, you just have to right click with the mouse on any tables or views of the software. If such a menu is available, it'll be shown.

Finally, KoriBlast provides you with a convenient keyboard shortcut. Using the very familiar Ctrl+C (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+C (MacOS X) enables you to copy to the system clipboard the selected content of any tables or sequence viewers. Depending on your selection, KoriBlast will copy either the content of a single cell table as a string or a set of rows and columns as a CSV formatted content (CSV stands for Comma Separated Values, a standard file format used by spreadsheet applications).
