The following form shows you how it is possible to integrate KoriViewer-WS with the original NCBI's WWWBlast server. However, for the purpose of the demonstration, we have highly simplified the search form, and you can only scan the PDB sequence databank using blastp.

Note: default search values are E-Value Threshold=10.0, maximum number of alignments=100, filter sequence for low complexity and matrix is blosum62.

How to use KoriViewer-WS with your in-house Blast server ?

If you are using the NCBI's WWWBlast server, we can provide you with the necessary material (adapted Blast cgi bins) to integrate KoriViewer-WS very quickly.
