The KoriBlast platform

KoriBlast 2.7 in a sketch

Sequence databases exploration is at the heart of nearly all computer-based analysis of biological sequences.

However, using traditional web interfaces to handle sequence banks tools and data is time consuming and represent a tedious work.

Korilog is pleased to provide researchers with KoriBlast, a reliable graphical software environment dedicated to facilitate the exploration of biological sequence databanks. It features a unified access to remote and local sequence and data repositories, an interface to design powerful search strategies combining batch sequence comparisons, data retrieval and data filtering, and a set of comprehensive viewers to analyse search results, sequence alignments, distance trees, features data, taxonomy data, 3D structures... and more.

Practical uses of KoriBlast range from single sequence to genome wide analyses.
