Boost your work with the KoriBlast Server
KoriBlast can be used with the KoriBlast Data Server. This software enables the use of a dedicated computer infrastructure to run annotated Blast jobs. The server software is compatible with SGE/OGE and PBS-Pro jobs scheduling systems, and is capable of using the standard Blast as well as mpiBlast.
