Retrieve Fasta and GCG files The sequences you analyse in KoriBlast can all be retrieved as Fasta files. Multiple alignments can be saved as GCG-MSF files.

Print and save images for publishing The graphical views offered by KoriBlast can be printed immediately or saved as PNG files. The large majority of illustration applications are able to read images produced by KoriBlast.

Export data to Spreadsheet applications The information presented in KoriBlast result tables can be exported to files compatible with spreadsheet applications. This enables you to use KoriBlast data easily to carry out additional analyses or to prepare publications.
